I am a holistic health counselor anxious to share what I have learned to inspire others so they too can make meaningful change in their lives. I love to cook, garden, and sometimes write.
I started this blog so clients would have a way to stay connected as well as to document discoveries. Food and feeling great are two passions of mine. As long as I can find new ways to work both of those things together I’m never board. Always looking for better way, more nutritious way, more efficient way, that tastes amazing, at least most of the time.

    1. Yes! I am not one myself. If my body wanted me to be a vegan I would totally do it! But not every diet is cut out for every person. I have worked with vegans, mostly educating and supporting them in how to figure proper food combining to do it successfully, or with vegetarians who wish to transition to a vegan diet.
